PROPERTY TAX RATES 2009

Each year the Board of Supervisors sets the tax rates for different classes of property. For the tax year 2010, the rates are as follows:

Real Estate	$0.64 per $100 of assessed value
Personal Property	$5.95 per $100 of assessed value
Machinery & Tools	$5.95 per $100 of assessed value
Mobile Homes	$0.64 per $100 of assessed value
